Installation of car mod for gta vice city. to install a car mod for gta vice city, download the archive of the mod and run the automatic installer . navigate to the folder that contains gta vice city and choose the ingame car model that you want to replace, and then start the automatic installation .. The car doesnt look like the one on the picture, the wheels are as tiny as any other car. and about replacing it for a black car, you can just edit the carcol.dat file found in san andreas/data/ just copy the especification for the fbiranch over any car you are gonna replace, the espeficication is 0, 0 i think. and it will always be black..
